We inform you that the reservation is made either by whats app +34 639779310 during the hours from Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 5pm to 7pm, or by email [email protected] during the same hours. To confirm the reservation, a response from the Bike Park is necessary informing the availability of places and theirs, confirming the day of attendance and the name and surname of the attendee(s). The payment will be done through payment link that will be sent by email/whatsapp once the minimum group is reached

Outside of the indicated hours, your reservation will not be accepted as valid. Neither will reservations be accepted on the same day or without prior notice. This means that if your reservation request is made after 7:00 p.m. during weekdays or on the weekend, it will not be valid, and your request will be processed on the first business day after 9:00 a.m.

* The insurance in case of accidents will be effective as long as the person accepts the responsibility document and does not breach any of the regulations or sections established in. It is important to follow the evacuation protocol in the event of an Accident to avoid charges that may be referred to the client. It is mandatory to respect the opening and closing hours of the Bike Park. It's important to announce the accident at the same moment/day.

Schedule:  9:00am a 2:30pm (last lift). Bike Park close at 3:00pm

ATTENTION: Use the protections (helmet, elbow and knee guards). On the way to the lift stop, respect pedestrians and the direction of traffic at all times. Remember there are cars on the road, be careful. The insurance of the bike park not covers this access.

IMPORTANT

* The amount of the pass will be returned in full in the event that the Bike Park does not open due to adverse / dangerous weather conditions or internal decisions. Due to factors or decisions not determined by the company, the amount of the pass will not be refunded. The passes are not postponed or exchangeable. The payment not returned for week forfait is 5 euros, the rest of the price you can pay it at the same day to booked.
